WestJet is showing flights from Winnipeg to London, UK for between $390 and $494 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
It's possible these are a mistake fare, so they could be gone within minutes. Do not book anything else for at least 48 hours until it is certain that your ticket has been issued by the airline.
Update 5/16 - I've been hearing from people across Canada that GoToGate has been issuing these tickets just fine, and they've even verified their bookings with WestJet to confirm that all is well.
You can also find flights from Winnipeg to Glasgow, Scotland for $430 CAD roundtrip in October, but the flights have 2 stops each way (see below).

How to find and book this deal
1. Start with a Google Flights search like this one:
Google Flights: Winnipeg to London, UK
- click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations
- look for the dates that are $736 CAD roundtrip or less
2. Go to the Momondo UK website
- Search for a flight from Winnipeg (YWG) to London (LON)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights
On the Momondo UK website, the price will show up at around 220 British Pounds roundtrip, which works out to $390 CAD roundtrip when booked with a Canadian credit card.
NOTE: The first result on Momondo may not be the fastest flights. Sometimes the second or third result is a much faster flight for slightly more.
